This is my favorite work with my colleagues in my free time in D'sculpt Studio. I especially fancy to Blizzard artwork and once again I decided to sculpt fanart about Barbarian character but with a little bit under my idea. Title: Barbarian Version by Dsculpt Studio Country: VietNam Software: 3Ds Max, Zbrush
Like musashidan said, you won't have to convert the model to a polymesh3d since it already is one. Just import the obj and start sculpting. Normally you can just import the same mesh to update UVs or vertex positions. Zbrush does this automatically to the point where it doesn't even tell you. However, this only works when…
Hello , is there a place where I can find a good texture pack to use to create textures for plants? like leaves trunks etc? in particular tropical ones, If I lived in the tropics I would just go out and take some pics but I don't ... Neither I want to spend too much time making Sculpted versions of those and some speedtree…
Hi guys! I'm relatively new to polycount so I hope I'm doing this right! My project is a Fanart of Magni Bronzebeard of the World of Warcraft universe and his royal griffin that I am concepting myself! Magni Bronzebeard is the King of the dwarven kingdom of Khaz Modan, head of the Bronzebeard Clan, and head of the Senate…
Hi, I'm here to try and get feedback on some of the assignments I'm doing for my master's at Staffordshire university. I feel that anatomy, cloth and simply Zbrush in general are some of my weaker spots, and so the particular module I'm doing should help greatly and force me to tackle these hindrances. This thread will be…
I see it more as a whole different medium that requires significant time put into it. There's not a lot of certainty what can be done as far as model generation goes. I know I could make a smart terrain and populate it with streams, trees, fences, houses, etc. But if someone was sculpting a character head and wanted to…
Your sculpt needs quuuiiite a bit of work. I highly suggest you read up on two people: SCOTT SPENCER!! and ANDREW LOOMIS!! these guys are gods of human anatomy as well as teaching it. Google it. You'll find free PDF's of Loomis and there some great sculpting books on Spencer. REEAAD THEM AAAALL
Zremesher would take forever on subdivided mesh like several mil one. And usually you never get it right from first attempt. Still it's a simple way to get even quads before subdividing. It does it slightly more clever than Dynamesh. So yeah > Import or free sculpt with sculptris and booleans in mid res >zremesh> export>…
Ah i see, but you are aware that blender uses more of you computer's resources when sculpting right? And maybe you could take a look at this free sculpting program by the same people who made zbrush: http://pixologic.com/sculptris/ It's also pretty well made for beginners, but i dont think you really are one :)
Female02: More female pratice! Female03: Rust: Tried to sculpt Matthew McConaughey from True Detective and failed quite hard :P Andy Whitfield: This sculpt turned out kinda good, good some of the likeness down, maybe?
