do you mean using a scaleform movie in a material? This is possible, however the workflow has not been improved upon in a while, which is why its not fully documented yet (sorry!). You have to jump through some hoops as a result unfortunately. The one catch will be that it has to exist in a level, and can only be previewed… -
Solved: Flipping normal direction of scanned materials
say I add a new rust material to my layer stack, and I want to flip the normal direction of that material, to get more variation - how do I go about doing this? -
Re: Material ID bake issue
The material ID map assigns a unique color for every material applied to your highpoly mesh. If you have one material applied to all of your high poly mesh parts, a blue map would be expected. -
Matcaps and Blender Render materials
