At the end of the day, what matters is what the consumers think of it with their wallet. Dont forget that since Artists "know how the sausage is made" they have more emotional responses to AI and their useage ( their validity isnt the point on my post btw ). My friend group doesnt care if a game uses AI or not, all they…
Hey all, I'm hoping someone way more knowledgeable about hardware can shine some light on something for me. I just bought a new graphics card (Geforce GTX 570), got it all running, and stuff seems to run great on it. There's just one thing that's kind of worrying me. The windows experience index rates it a 6.0, however…
default startup document can be changed and you can delete/add matcaps, brushes, etc in C:\Program Files\Pixologic\<<your version of Zbrush here>>\ZStartup yea basically what other people said. I haven't found a way to close individual subtools to save on memory, I need to close zbrush entirely if I want to have less…

This cards are now on my inspiration folder :) I think your style is very professional and your color usage is very good, but both cards are too contrasted, and you can clearly see deep darks and bright highlights, but no middle range. If I were you, I would keep the this extreme values for…

I've been a longtime lurker on the Polycount boards, and although I have done some 3D work in the past, I'm much more into programming now. Lately I've been programming a gameengine/framework, and I've come across a problem with ATI OpenGL drivers (at least I think). And I'm looking for people to test this a bit for me so…
