When you reply to someones post or comment do you have to reply with a quote or do I just press the reply button? Because when I press the reply button it doesn't seem like it works -

First Polycount Challenge

where's the poly in polycount?
I've been waiting a while and maybe I justed missed the post but where are the models? I used to come here all the time to download my favorite Q3 and UT models... now it's been down forever. Any word on when the model list will be in working order again?
