I want to remove those edges along with their vertexes but It only deletes the edges and some of the vertexes then selects seemingly random edges afterwards. This has never happened, I have deleted by history and restarted numerous times.
Is there ANY way to render the smooth mesh preview (3 key) with maya software renderer? This is for an animation shot on maya 2013. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I am new to doing items for Dota 2. The only program I know well is Maya and Zbrush. I have had no problem opening the models in Maya using the Maya folder.
