Biped UI selector for Maya?

Hey guys,
I'm jumping into Maya to learn how to animate with it and was wondering...

Is there a Character UI selector that comes with Maya, or a MEL script somewhere out there?
Something like this?

    If you have a humanIK rig I think you get something similar to that. Most rigs in maya though I think are custom built and a UI if needed is created by the rigger or another member of the team.
