Hi Polycount! The original mask was for the Killing Floor 2 contest a little bit ago, but myself and @zhixson decided to keep it going and make a few new sets. All work done in Quixel Suite 2, rendered in 3DO. Let's us know what you think! ZHixson's: Mine:
Hi, I would like to render my object (in 3d max) with mental ray. But I have no idea what settings I should use. Could you help me? Pretty easy render, with one or two lights, sharp textures, just look pretty good, no fireworks or sthg.
I tried world composition for the first time now. I can't seem to find the option to set the distance in which the tiles appear/disappear. Or importing custom LODs. This is the image from the World Composition document: This is mine:
Hello! It's my first time posting here, I'm a student studying 3D environment+procedural art, Nice to meet you guys. ( •̀ ω •́ )✧I've been working on a hoard shooter FPS game with my team where you shoot shoot and exterminate alien spiders in a space hotel, art-deco inspired. I would love to have some feedback or opinions…
Anyone in here going to animex this year? I've managed to squeeze 3 days off work to attend woo. Heres a list of workshops if anyones interested, there going very cheap! http://animex.tees.ac.uk/events_workshops.cfm
Hello everyone! As the title already says I'm going to make set (helmet and weapon) that looks like executioner equipment. Some updates will come very, very soon! :) Good luck to every participant!
After putting an old Chen set idea on hold a while back, I decided morphling is seriously deficient in attractive and powerful looking gear. So this: Feedback appreciated, I'm just about ready to take it in for an attempt at sculpting (after I fix some of the messier geometry), which I am rather slow and quite terrible…
hey folks, is there a quick and painless method for setting the pivot of any object to it's lowest z value? I have to export a ton of objects where the bottom of the mesh must be at Z=0 and there's got to be a quicker way of doing it rather than by hand.
