I think the whole thing with more downvotes is to do with the workshop queues. Back last year people had to either upvote or downvote the skins, downvoting seemed like a harsh thing to do to a skin. Now the queue asks 'would you like to see this item in game?' which asks for a much more accurate response for the community.… -
