I just checked your portfolio, I think you're a bit past student level. If you take courses at a uni for 3D, you'll be relearning so much that you know. Also, uni for foreigners is really, really expensive. If you go to an art specific school, you've got to take everything. I'm not sure about non-art schools. A lot of the time, when foreigner 3D artists come to Canada and study, its so they can get a degree which will help them stay, but you've already got the degree. Honestly I'd suggest YouTubing tutorials on all your missed topics and learning from there, save yourself countless dollars. Your characters look really cool by the way.
