I don't understand what benefit you could get from having this on a toggle. The hotkeys already exist by default so surely having each component mode on its own key is faster than toggling (e.g. to go from one mode to the one before it in the toggle list you have to cycle through all of them). As TeriyakiStyle said, on a…
Hey there, When I activate my hotkey for loop slice, the mode defaults to "free" and instead I would like it to be "symmetry". I have to manually set it to symmetry each time. Can I change this so it always runs in symmetry mode? Thanks!
Hi guys! (See the last line for a summary for the whole post) So I came across SP's tri planar projection and wanted to do the same in SD. I looked it up as to how it works and it doesn't seem to work at all for me. I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right. I've UV unwrapped the mesh in blender. (SD changes all of my…
Hey monster, thanks for the info - I actually managed to get my own 'stdout' going using dotnet sockets, some of the code for which i found here: http://techarttiki.blogspot.ch/2009/12/maxscript-dotnet-sockets-with-python.html It works really well, especially with lots of output; I used to do what you suggest, but I had to…
Hey all. By default, Photoshop is setup by Brush Mode for all brushes. Is there a way to keep different brush modes for specified brushes? Brush 1 - Brush Brush 2 - Mixer Brush Brush 3 - Mixer Brush Brush 4 - Brush ... I have Googled this and posted elsewhere, figured I'd post here too. Would appreciate any help, even if…
With all of the polycount Dota2 entries I can't find the discussion thread for Dota 2, so sorry for the duplicate. Check out the Halloween Diretide Mode. You have to feed Roshan candy. Looks soo cool! More Valve awesomeness. You can see the game at 5:30 mark. [ame="…
I was wondering if there are nodes in ue4 material editor that are similar to Photoshop like the levels and curves where u can edit these nodes and it affects the textures in viewport?
Hello! Had a quick question! So Been doing 3D modeling(in Maya) lately and wanted to take the next step(creating hi-res models). I took a look at Zbrush and found it a tad expensive and was thinking of purchasing Zbrush Core. I know some features are missing, but I am OK with the limitations(no UV, no Textures, etc). My…
Say I mostly work on macOS, and my Substance Designer graphs contain references to nodes in my library; If someone on a Windows machine would like to open my graph, even if they had a copy of my library (and set it up in project settings), "package path" to these custom nodes would still be different, does SD know how to…
