I think that if you want to map it, that you need to pose the hare in a neutral position. Yes, it does look like a hare, but may we see your reference? It's hard to judge the work without knowing what you're basing it on. I think the ears are too dense in comparison to the body. Take a few loops out. Use them elsewhere.
