That is because I've modelled them to be functional like the rest of the lights. They look funny right now since the entire assembly is marked transparent due to some material overlap with the other lights on the car at the moment. I'll have that fixed once I manually make the alpha layer in Gimp. As for the lights I made…
YESSS. Seriously can't wait to play Last Light. I havnt pre-ordered it, but I might have to pre-load it now on Steam. EDIT: Bought it. Might have to stay up a bit late tonight...
On our current level, any characters we spawn on it are using the environment's post/lighting settings, which make our character look washed out and generally unreadable. I need someone experienced in UE4 to separate players from environment and re-do the post for characters. Note, we are a MOBA style game, so familiarity…
I necroed this thread all by my self. Most of the work in here is very old. Right now I'm recreating pretty much all of it from the ground up again.. Old model is mostly used as blockout/scale ref.. Current progress: Found this speed paint done by Torvenius over at Conceptheart. I fell for it right away. This is what I…

Right now im working on only the lighting with a standard material and for some reason im getting these very strange linges that look like almost parts of my…
Heyo ! I'm trying to recreate a photo I took recently in Arnold but I can't seem to figure out how to set it all up correctly. Here's what I'm aiming for : And here's what I got : I'm pretty happy, I managed to get the reflections, camera position and settings to match (this is just a quick render without dof and low res).…
Hi EarthQuake, thanks for the speedy reaction. Here are some screens. After finding and changing the light types I got to see the scene but the model itseld is fairly light and the maps are 2K and the scene is chugging. With that info I get the feeling that it isnt marmoset at all, I think the problem is my video card, a…
