Hy there. As some may know if you have been to my topic, my current project is making this vehicle from paul richards concept: And i am working on the highpoly, then i started wondering, should i do a highpoly for everything or do a midpoly/lowpoly for the base and such(if you get what i mean, if not then ask ;) )
Hi to everyone, I started to use Megascans assets with the UE4. I have two troubles which i would like to understand how to solve them: 1- After exporting surfaces from Bridge to UE4 (Megascans plugin), on the material instance editor i always receive these warnings. Why? The preview flickers while rotating the camera. I…
Looking good man. My biggest crit is the ear, its way to fattty and lacks any sharp edges. Try to get it a bit more "earlike". Also a bit of SSS on the nostrils and ears would go a long way.

His eyes might also be a tiny bit too…
Haha I did a viking longboat way back when too, don't bother looking it up it was pretty sub-par >.< Anyways the only thing bothering me is that the oars seem to be just passing through the wood of the boat, I would either model actual holes in, or to save time as well as geometry I'd just normal map a hole/indent and…
@Justo Ha, sorry I wasn't very clear, and indeed a picture is worth a thousands words ! What I meant is this - that is to say, scenarios when the floater represents the separation between two parts/materials, which I assumed was your case : But again this is based on the fact that I personally find floaters (even those…
I just Google 24/7. (It's helps to have pre-set tag filters and mobile phone placed next to your ear when you nap :\ ). No cold calls or spamming just directly responding to individuals (some rep their studios) looking for artists. Averaging about 6 contacts per day (could be more but playground time with my kid won't let…
