Yes, the output requires quite a bit of refining. Even after the raw output is sanded and primed, a wax recast will sometimes be made in order to refine the model further. It is possible to paint a well sanded and PRIMED output, but not recommended. It's better to make a silicone mold and recast your model in resin. This…
