Been working on this for the last week or so. High Poly Plasma Rifle from Fallout 4. I still need to add on the scope (I'll update here), after that I'll start working on the LP. Had fun with this one, but it was a challenge to get references.
I always liked the design of the Fallout 3 Alien Blaster so I decided to bring it into 2016. I started a few months ago but just got back to it. I'm tweaking the lowpoly and working on the uv's at the moment.
After the release of the new F4 trailer, I've decided to make a small, simple Fallout inspired scene. This is my first prop for it; [SKETCHFAB]1b7e530466ad417eb801afba8f315aea[/SKETCHFAB] I know it's far from perfect, so I would love some criticism on what to improve! I still need to do a scratch and dirt pass I think.
Hey guys/gals/zed, I'm Dylan, and I'm looking together what may become a DLC sized mod for Fallout 4. I've got the vision(I'll also be doing all the animation and rigging on the character models), and a good percentage of the script, as well as a team for a lot of the voice work. What I still need is a whole mess of new…
EDIT: At the Request of Bethesda I had to take this down :( Hey everyone, Here is an art test I submitted to work on Fallout Vegas. Unfortunately I did not get the job, But I figure I would post it up. Specs: 1x512 Diffude 1x512 spec 1x512 normal 2,498 tris
Is there a specific name or a way to achieve the shading that's used on characters in Fallout 4 and gear and characters in Bloodborne? It's very smooth and even wax-like. Here's a sample, i can't find the exact lighting conditions to show it off in FO4, but in Bloodborne everything looks like that.
Still need a bit of tidying up. Going for a super worn look due to Fallout's aesthetic/vibe. BTW: model's an older one (2011 or 2012) where I did the original model, UV/bakes & texture in one 12-hour sitting cobbled together from various different AK references, so it's probably neither great or accurate.
In order to get hyped for Fallout 4, i created Gary the Ghoul :poly142:. Created in z brush and composited in Photoshop. I am new to 3d so any constructive feedback is welcome. Took a total of 3 hours 30 minutes.
