Is there a specific name or a way to achieve the shading that's used on characters in Fallout 4 and gear and characters in Bloodborne? It's very smooth and even wax-like.
Here's a sample, i can't find the exact lighting conditions to show it off in FO4, but in Bloodborne everything looks like that.

They all have silly acronyms with lots of 'S's, but I can't be sure which particular version an engine uses;
SSSSS (screen-space subsurface scattering)
SSSS (separable sub-surface scattering)
etc...
