gir, it looks cool but the cloth texture overlay looks strange because its flat and the cloth is wrinkled. maybe have a play with some of the distortion filters, or something like that?

Yeah, the hands are a bit too small,flat and girly, and the toes are pretty crappy. My base mesh was lacking a bit in the foot department. Thought I'd get away with it, but clearly not

budda textures, there is normal, spec, color. sorry cant show wires or flats at the moment. the final low poly model is right around 10,000, its about 20 feet tall in game.
He's looking a bit flat. Pull the shoulders back a bit, and pull the chest forwards. The penis looks fine though, you might need some more loops for it too deform properly though
