is it possible to use the retopo tool in MD to retopologize the cloth and just export it directly to the engine to be used in a game with that topology and uvs that came from marvelous? I do understand that you can't weld the points when you retopoly something in MD but is that gonna cause problems? I've never tested that…
do as much as you can in md, and then take it to mudbox or such. the padding can be tricked in with just some photoshop overlays. you could easily omit that in either md or mudbox. the sagging on the shoulders shouldnt be too hard to fix.. just some pulling in the sculpting prog.
