after hours and hours and hours of trying to figure this out........ i found the problem for any one else that might have this issue in the future, but it cant be set per website which is not great and it must be disabled globally because of it, I had to disable this option in my browser, it now works.

Vertex colors are not supported yet but this is something we will likely add (or at least look into) down the road sometime. TB2 currently only supports importing of artist created UVS.
