Quixel mixer?
I am so glad to see painting with a brush in Mixer . still it lacking few things I need badly 1. non square textures. We don't use square textures mostly 1024x2048 or 512x2048 and such 2. scaling bitmaps with non integer values i.e. 1,54 etc tiling or not it's useless for me now. let the tiling be a separate layer/effect… -
Dealing with triangles and bad topology caused by dynamesh?
I dynameshed my figure and got some triangles and badly placed quads as seen on the picture. when i apply brush oon these areas i get ugly results and pinching. is there a way to locally fix this bad topology without retopologizing the whole model? -

Coming along nicely :) I'd watch out for the overlay of decals with the ripped off posters/graffiti... the poster decals are looking like they're actually transparent pieces of paper or plastic sheets. I'm guessing the graffiti decal is conflicting with it so maybe think of a way around it? maybe a single transparent… -
What is the method for texturing holes in walls to expose the bricks?
How can I replicate this texture featuring holes in walls that expose the bricks behind the stone? Should I create it on a trim sheet, utilise decals, or actually model the broken sections? As I have not attempted this before, any helpful references or tutorials would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -
