Hi Guy's, a small technical problem: I currently work on MacBook Pro 2016 (i7, 16gb ram, Radeon pro 580) with Razer Core X and RX 580, just thinking to upgrading eGPU card to RTX. Does anyone have any experience with UE4 and RTX on bootcamp?
Thought i should try my hand at a high res vette.. making this for my dad for x-mas.. working from real life ref, and next to the exterior, i plan to model bucket seats and the dash and steering wheel.. color will be silver exterior w/ red interior
In max is there a script/way to add a handle at 45 degrees to the move select tool? In 2d orthographic view this would mean a 45 degree angle pointer arrow in addition to the normal x/y/z handles and maybe in the 3d view an angle pointer in all the 45 degree planes. Is this possible in max?

I've got a texture map set up at 512 x 256 and was hoping to bake a curvature and position map in Painter. Right now it looks like I'm only able to select a 1:1 ratio for baking. Is there a way to change that or maybe it's coming in a future update? Thanks!
Or is it possible to install two gpus to increase the memory like ram e.g 2 x 3080 10gb to make it up to 20gb, (so if i brought 3080 now and then if i wanted more memory in the future I could buy another 3080??)
Don't eyeball proportions. Use the shape of the eye, at least, to measure how many "eyes" away somethig is from another element. The head is X eyes long, the lips are Y eyes wide, etc. Professionals still measure. Or, they should be measuring still/
