TXAA is a method to filter the whole scene based on screen pixels or something like that ? am i wrong ? i honestly don't know much in terms of technicalities

Anyone see this before and know how to fix it? The margins or something of the quad menu is crazy large and pushes the quad menu half way off the screen?

I've been watching a gnomon dvd and the guy has the attribute editor as a floating window instead of being glued to the side of the screen. Can't figure out how you detach it?
