Why do people worry about workng permit so much? Is it really the employees job to get a permit in the US? Because in germany companies help to get a working permit and it's not that difficult to get one in our industry. If I use the same HDRI map in Substance Painter and Marmoset with the same exposure setting I get very different results. I have to set the exposure in Substance Painter to about half that of the Exposure in Marmoset. Is this normal?
