It sounds like you should go update the drivers for you video card, while you're at it, update the drivers for every piece of hardware you have. See if that fixes it. Are you running any other programs at the same time as Maya? Maya 32-bit absolutely works on windows 7, it's not the fault of either piece of software. -

Ok, update time. Think this will be my last update to this unless any one picks some thing out that must be changed, so I can get started on my next piece. I would have liked to put more items on the model, especially as its a bit of a sparse market stall. Main textures thanks -

3ds Max instance mirroring available in Maya 6?
I was wondering i anyone could tell me if the 3ds max's ability to mirror half a face over and instance it so that the other half updates when you affect something on the original half? i know maya has mirroring but all that does is duplicate and invert the coordinates but doesn't update the mirrored half.
