Thanks! Yeah, it's set up with a matinee sequence controlling the sun rotation, material parameters, fog densities, etc and a few kismet delays to control the post process volumes. As far as I'm aware it's matinee or uscript and I only know reeeaaally basic uscript stuff.
If you're asking about Viewer support on Polycount, it is not yet supported but in the works. For other forums we would need to get in contact with the forum operators as it is not natively supported by BBCode. Is there a specific site you're trying to post on? Just taking a shot at it, but it looks like cubemap on a alpha decal plane. http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/MaterialsTutorial.html scroll down to Environment Maps to see how to set them up, and then I guess, just plug in your alpha mask in the opacity mask node in the shader
very nice alot of the ps2/gamecube/xxbox1 era games had this kind of precalculated lighting vertex color + decals and i am really digging the smooth look of it i am a bit sad its going away because i like my FRAMERATE !!!!!!!!

Thatching his facial hair would be a pain but with some crank and grease on this fellow will make him shine. Maybe some reference from the main character in Prey would be a go too. Some decal and emblem on his vest perhaps? Digging the process so far.
