I guess this is Max? There are the Paint Soft Selection tools in Editable Poly, that offers some flexibility. You lose the edge constraint though. Thanks for your quick reply, I fixed it but using another method. I selected all my faces and hided them using editable poly. And then switched to vertex mode and there was one vert left.. deleted that one and that did the job. thanks a lot anyway! EDIT: this is the model btw, still needs some fixes around his ears and… -

That's your problem, too many modifiers. Collapse the stack, and try again. Don't pile on modifiers unless you're animating with them or doing some other fancy tricks. It's a good habit to get into, add whatever modifier you need, then Collapse All when done editing it, before adding another modifier. Special mods like… -

lol, evidently the new forums don't like images ending in .txt - i tried everything there and it always showed as text instead of images! Hnmnmmm... can someone help me with this UV conundrum?
