This is going to be my last animation in my first iteration of my demo reel. If you could give me some feedback, that would be great! I might bounce back and forth between this, my dodge roll (previous topic) and my fox (also previous topic). Here is my latest:

Edit: Thanks slipsius and Rob! I went ahead and updated the link with my latest version.

I'm a fellow Full Sailer here. Nice work on your animation. I myself am pretty much of a noob, but I'll throw in my 50 cents here, if you don't mind. I think your animation is pretty good overall, but it is lacking in a few spots. One thing is the lifting move - while you do have a nice anticipation, I think the actual lifting could use some adjustment in timing, to make it start slowly, but then snap into position, to really show that the rock is heavy. Also, you could add some follow through there, when he finishes lifting the rock, to show it settling at his waist area, again to denote more weight. And when he is taking the first swing forward to get momentum, I believe you could increase a little the radius of your arc, which would also add weight to the rock. Finally, I see a bit of speed inconsistency around frame 100, between when the rock passes in front of his body (a little slower) to when it leaves his hands (faster), it strikes me as a little snappy.
Anyhow, gratz on your work, good luck on finishing your program and on your career!
