In Maya 8 there's a new transfer attributes tool that does it. It's so fast, you can drag your low poly mesh around and watch it slide along the high rez, pretty cool! -

Hi guys. I am an organic 3d sculptor and was working in this area for past 8 years in 3d printing industry. But now I just can't find remote work within this field. Do somebody knows what is going on in the industry? Should I study game character creation? It's been 4-5 monthes that I am sitting here trying to find a job.… -
Shock Trooper
This model was created for the Section 8 Demo. The model is 9604 tris and using a 1024 and 256 sized texture maps. Software used are 3DS Max and Photoshop rendered with V-Ray. I've just gotten around to making some presentations. I hope you like it. -

3d Max - Shortcut keyboards don't work
I know that button 'Keyboard Shortcut Ovierride Toggle' should to be enabled to work properly , but when Im trying to do it - nothing happens, it doesn't turn on :/ Have you got any idea ? I've got 3d max 8 -
