99 times out of 100 you want to let unreal do it. If it produces artefacts on something important enough to warrant the work then you'll want to do them manually
Well, from what I can see 99% of your work are paintings/drawings - of course it's going to be a better tool for you. Character art (sculpting) is another matter.
99% of the people you talk to on this forum are going to be using photoshop for pretty much all of the process. and yes, most of us also know what gimp is. learn photoshop
So the sculpt is 99% finished at this point, there's a few little things to clean up like the boots and fingers (and reverse the direction of the braids haha). Can't wait to retopo this guy!
