The body of the car where it arcs over the front tire needs smoothed out. Your's is lumpy, it should be a smooth circular arc when viewed from any angle.
im still working on the script to be easier to use.. i will post a video and the script once its more complete. Its actually kinda fun to export to UDK for once. :)
