Biggest improvement I think you can make, is presentation. The lighting looks blobby, there is barely any specular (a common problem when using Marmoset it seems) and shadows are lacking as well. Using a groundplane so it doesn't look like it's floating could help too.
Was really disappointed the camera moved back from that room with the floating orb in it. I wanted to see more then one corner of the room. It looked very interesting. Hallway felt very repetitive and got me bored quick. Last environment blew me away. AMAZING
The one on the left, the right one has a too high saturation and too much contrast. The one on the left seems a bit like it's made up of all separate pieces, eye/nose/mouth all seem floating islands of detail somehow, if that makes any sense.
Yeah it's probably a good idea to take a few of the polies from the ropes and put them in the floating logs(barrels?) instead. What's the idea of a watering hole? having a building in a pond, acting like a moat? Wikipedia only told me that it was another word for a pub/caf

i've seen this game today and what stroke me as odd was the contrast between the "next gen" graphics and the really rigid oldschool animations, floating feet, clipping issues and how enemies still move on rails and everything. don't get me started on the cutscene:gameplay ratio. ;)

Hello guys, I'm trying to import a Katana for Ember spirit into the workshop.But I seem to be having some problem with the particle FX thing.I've followed Vlad's tutorial about placing the vertices for the effect but it seems to be of no use.The flame floats off of my blade :| Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?
