3DSM curve editor slowing shit down
Whenever I'm editing my animations in 3dsm 7 using the curve editor, cpu usage spikes up which results in displaying jumpy animations. When I minimize the editor it'll display the anims smoothly again. Any way to fix this? -

7 Meters!!! If your tank is modelled to scale then the distance should be about about 10cm AO is shadow based on proximity. If you dont want the ground to shadow the bottom of the tank then you reduce the distance so that its shorter than the distance between the bottom and the ground. -

forgot to add, new machines only support Win 7 via bootcamp. If you happen to love XP, you're out of luck unless you use Parallels (a windows VM), but the 3D support is still quite shaky. Don't recommend it for any serious work. -

I think one of the best things i heard so far is that the ratings were about 9.4 million in the UK watching this vs the 7 million watching the x factor. gave me a glimmer of hope for the human race. Would love to know the american numbers...
