I'm having a 7", 4 slice, personal pizza with peperoni, sausage, and mushroms. And a can of Sunkist orange soda.
I've eaten 2 slices (except the crust) and I'm already very full. Must. Nap. Somewhere.
And I'm also Lvl 40 in my 3rd game of Aria of Sorrow.

And a large, delicious triple-chocolate cookie. Mmm, fattening!

Um...
The mensa offers:
Pilzgericht mit Semmelknödel FL
Kirschrahmstrudel mit Vanillesoße
Puten-Gyros mit Tzaziki
I think I'll go with the second option, don't like mushrooms that much and turkey gyros is just as bad as turkey kebab (which is a crime against humanity).
one more topic I can´t really talk about again I´ll take your verdict as true then
Turns out they were sold out on everything but turkey gyros so they added a few things from yesterday, calamari, weird pizzas with unknown ingredients and Hacksteak. Went with the latter, almost made me throw up...
Damn my arse is gonna be singing tonight! :P
It's a persian dish I grew up eating, here's the receipe:
Russ Chavel
You will need:
-chili powder
-Cumin seeds
-Corriander powder (if you can only find the seeds that fine, just grind them up)
-Whole chilies (red or green)
-ginger and garlic (buy the pastes...easier)
-Corriander (chinese parsley, if you like in California it's easy to find...mid west...you're dreaming hah!)
-Salt
-Tomatoes
-Potatoes
-4-6 small chicken breasts
Preparing the Russ:
-2 onions thin sliced
-cook on medium flame in a large pan with (just a few tablesppons, if not less) some veggie oil to begin with and then water thereafter until golden brown(caramelizes), this could take as long as 20-35 mins depending how patient you are.
-cumin seeds seeds 1/2 teaspoon while onions sizzling
-add chilies finely chopped
-add ginger/garlic paste 3 tblspoons, cook for
-add corriander powder (from seeds is also good)
-add chile powder (depending on how spicy you like it)
-add 3 fine diced tomatoes
-add 1 cup of finely chopped corriander (stems and leaves. the flavor is in the stems guys)
-salt to taste
-cook until the tomatoes, corriander and onions turn to a stew consitency, dissolved enough that its hard to make out what they are. Last night this took 15 mins with lost of water and stirring.
-add uncooked chicken and quatered potatos (4-6 small chicken breasts + enough water so it just submerges the top of chicken 35mins med heat.
Preparing the Rice the easy way:
-wash and soak 10mins
-saute (fry) Cumin seeds & cinnamon on a low to medium flame
-1 cup rice to every 2 cups water
-salt
-3mins microwave high (bring water to a boil)
-22 mins microwave level-3
Lemme know if you try it
