Hello, This is my first post on Polycount. My personal work is usually done in high-poly characters. This character is 997 tris, with 2 512x512 maps (diffuse and alpha). Oh hell yeah, I love smartypants solutions like this. 2048² in 2012 really isn't bad at all, and makes total sense if you think about it a little.
