How can I get this kind of shuttered glass effect in Unreal or Substance Painter?
I'm trying to achieve the exact same effect seen in the left corner. I have cracked glass pieces modeled similarly, but my technical art side not strong enough to find correct way to do it. I’m struggling to figure out how to get this result. -

my dell M1710 is the same I have 4 gigs but the mobo only takes advantage of 3.25 of it. With Vista 64 bit SP1 it says I have 4 gigs but I was told that it's not actually using the full 4.
