Hi!! My name is Jon Berezan and I am an artist out of Vancouver, Canada. I am currently looking for new opportunities in the field of environment art/props. I have 1.5 years experience working in games, and currently finishing up an unannounced indie (professional) project as an environment/prop artist. My program skills…
I'm working on a pack of substance textures for a stylized environment. Once it's done, I'll be putting it all up on Gumroad. So far, I've finished the grass. It actually wasn't that difficult to make, once I finally nailed down the style I wanted to achieve. THAT part was rough.
Shire Environment I've been working on for awhile. I've been having a really weird issue with shadows that you can see in the third image. It just bakes these black blocks right across random meshes. If anyone knows of a possible solution I'd love to hear it! Thanks
Hello, I would like to share with you my latest environment - May Payne roscoe street station. Hopefully you like it and feel free to give me any feedback :) more screenshots and 360 panorama at my art-station https://www.artstation.com/artwork/6aLve5.
Just a little environment i've been working on. Any critiques would be appreciated. I've used the UE3 editor in the past, but this is the first time using UDK. It's basically the same I rekon. I think i might be going overboard with the foggy fx and light beams etc.
Somehow I am just now discovering Polycount, but I'm glad to be here and join the community. This is one of my main pieces to my portfolio. I would love to hear any and all thoughts on this environment. https://sjscubelek.artstation.com/projects/3dBY2Y
Hey guys! This is my newest environment for my portfolio, I'm mostly just looking for critique and areas to improve, so any help I'd really appreciate. Thank you! https://www.artstation.com/artwork/QlXP3
First environment attempt in UE4. Could always add more detail but I'd like to move on to the next project! C&c welcome! Software used: Maya, Substance Painter, Unreal 4, PhotoShop ArtStation
I've made a big environment which I will post, working on lighting and rendering now, but wanted to show these smaller pieces that are included in it! They are all modeled in Maya and textured in Substance painter.
