Ah this send me back to awesome memories playing this cool game!! 
Cool work, love the lighting and atmosphere! to make it even better lower the hot spots of white light on wall tiles, may be dim down the over all lights to get that eerie feeling more. Add more grunge and wear tear on lower wall and floor this will add contrast with roof, right now floor and roof look same toned. Do same on graffiti and lastly make that clock a bit off white and same dirt pass on it just a bit just so your eye dont lead to the clock right away.
