So I looked at the tools page of the polycount quake 3 resources, and all I could find there (and on google) was an md3 exporter and importer for max 4 and prior. What is the solution for working with MD3's if you have max 7, or 6 I guess I could export it to, but I would prefer 7.
I've been searching the web and asking around if there is a particular way to convert a current model type to .md2. Most people said no, but a friend of mine recently told me it was possible; that he did it back when he modelled for games. He doesn't remember how, but he said there's a program out there.
