Mdoular house pack or non modular but high quality ready houses?

A question for developers, would you prefer to buy a modular house pack? or high quality ready houses but non modular?
(targeting RTS / RPG stylized environment)

Honestly, if you look at how often the demo modular houses are used without modification in indie games then I think your best bet would be to not make them modular since youll get more fine control.
