It looks like Gamebryo to me. It doesnt look really that great though. Although I hate graphics and what they've done to games.... What you should really worry about is the animation, or the persuasion game. Or the UI, the hacked in IPAD UI which breaks immersion, looks stupid and reduces speed and functionality of use.
