Ok so i am using Maya 2016 and i made a object space normal map but i cant seem to get the same result when i export the mesh into a texturing software such as Substance Designer .Is there a way to export the normal map and get the same results.Below are some pictures of what i mean
Is it possible to create your own custom export target set up? It would be great if we could select only the channels necessary for a specific project. Hi, I have an issue with the exporter from 3ds Max to CryEngine 3 SDK. I have an object I couldn't export to ".cgf" format due to a "degenerated faces at some locations". I couldn't find the "Select Degenerate Face Script" anywhere on the folders. Any help would be greatly appreciate! Thank you!
When I try to export an object as FBX with a normal map, I get an error of "Error: No object matches name: normalMapForObject_1.bumpInterp". And when I open the FBX there is no normal map in it. Why is it not exporting the normal map?
