I took my first test at 28 and passed it, they had just brought in the hazzard perception thing, and thats the only part i came close to failing. the video resolution was shocking. As for the actual test it was the only time i ever did a perfect paralel park.
Hello guys, I've been working on a Game-ready Blitzcrank (League of Legends character) and I'm currently having some issues trying to figure out what texel density may I use for the whole model, due to it's size and knowing that there are parts way more bigger than the others. I want to use 4K textures and get the more…

Hi, this is driving me crazy. I have a mesh that is named "Model__321". How do I query that name? When I do `ls -sl`; Maya also (inconveniently) returns the above group name to which this object is apart of: Group__127|Model__321 I only want the Model__321 part. How is that possible?
As a personal challenge and portfolio piece I want to create a detailed watch with ALL its parts, gears, screws, etc so that if you wanted you could take it apart just like a real one. My first hurdle is locating detailed and precise schematics or blueprints. Can any experienced modellers help?
You can split your mesh into multiple polygroups in ZBrush, which get identified as separate objects in a third party 3D modeling software, such as Max, Maya or Blender. In the choise of your 3D app, you can hide certain parts out of the way while retopologizing.
Cool. Looks like a swank party Jacque. :) Where would I buy a computer in Montreal? I mean. Im one of those guys who likes to build em myself. Are there any shops where I can buy parts or will I have to order them?
well in montreal, living isn't too expensive, you can have an apartment for 500-800$/month and with an average salary have 2-3k income. So it balances quite well. the hardest part is landing that 1st job, then, luck and hard work will help you keep it.
Really cool sculpt! The shading part is also looks good for the skin, however I think that you can push the eyes texturing a bit further, don't know if it's because he's alien, but there is something odd with the eyes and his look. Apart for that good job! Keet it up ;)
30 is enough that I'd be looking at automating the process but not enough that I'd be willing to embark on a research project. The sticky part is your use of the word 'grow' . growing a framework requires that you understand all sorts of things about the structure and purpose of your model that are effectively impossible…
