Plans or schematic for wrist watch

As a personal challenge and portfolio piece I want to create a detailed watch with ALL its parts, gears, screws, etc so that if you wanted you could take it apart just like a real one. My first hurdle is locating detailed and precise schematics or blueprints. Can any experienced modellers help?
