I'm assuming you used qRemesher with both curve guides and masking and at least 3 tries... because it's a lot of trial and error with that tool and these kinds of automated operations in general... but in the end manual retopo is the way to go especially if it's a hero piece, and it's gotten much more streamlined these… -
