I'm making a game asset humanoid model, would like some critique. It's under 10k tris. The model will be rigged, and although I kept topology in mind, there's always something to fix. I'm always looking to improve, and who knows, this model might break when I put it in engine. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hey guys! I'm working on a modern gunsmith's workshop for a school project but I've hit a roadblock: I don't know how to efficiently model a locker with holes in it that you can see through. I've attached some images of two different types of grating that I'm trying to model. Any insight would be awesome! The mesh is…
Yeah, I'll need to test this out with a better-designed model, just to insure that those popping issues aren't universal. Maybe I'll grab one of the SDK models that are always floating around Polycount. Those usually have great UV mapping and rock-solid mesh flow. One of the issues with this method is that it is…
Ever since I discovered how to use Face-weighted normals, I've been using them on most models that I create. This however has caused me a few issues when loading the models into Unity. I'm using 3DsMax to export my models. I first discovered the errors when using the FBX exporter and loading those into Unity. Could not for…

Howdy. This is an odd request. I'm working on an indie game at the moment, and I know very little about modelling and rigging characters. What I'd like is for somebody to take a human model, that's already finished and rigged, and shrink her head slightly, keeping it rigged. Lol that's it. I can't imagine that it would…
Hello, this is my first time posting on Polycount! I've only ever posted on subreddit's for critiques but I feel like website with a community that solely focuses on 3D artwork would provide better insights to what I'm currently studying. I'm not a beginner nor an experienced modeller, but I'd like some pointers on what…
