Hey guys!
I'm working on a modern gunsmith's workshop for a school project but I've hit a roadblock: I don't know how to efficiently model a locker with holes in it that you can see through. I've attached some images of two different types of grating that I'm trying to model. Any insight would be awesome! The mesh is intended for UDK and I'm very familiar with the Material Editor, so if it's easier to accomplish the effect with shaders I'm pen to it. I would prefer to hard model it.
