Don't want to start a new thread on this, anybody know if there's an exporter or plugin for max 2013? I really don't want to remove it and then go backwards to an older version but it seems like all the .nif stuff for it is outdated. I could only find one thread on it and it was also outdated and inconclusive.

Try setting the strength even lower. I sometimes work with 0.3 strength. Sometimes it tends to be buggy. Otherwise, I don't know what to say. I was having issues with my knife tool today. It's not working the way it should. Perhaps a re-install would do the job?

maybe there is also a script to turn that on. Autodesk also turned it off for Max after Max 2013 i think. When I asked about it, they told me that this isn't possible anyways and who would need that? Oh well, turned out they made a toogle and didnt create UI for it...
I had a quick go, I think it's going to take a bit of time to get completely used to the game. I found this guide here http://www.fpsadmin.com/download/details.php?file=113 that gives more info on classes etc, worth a quick read as the game is not as simple as BF2.
