I install the RTTAssist, after Install come the Message: Please, start RTTAssist manualy! I drag the button from the UI Customize into the MAX UI. When i click the button nothing happens. Anyone have the same problem? I use max 2014 with the 1.6 version.
I haven't tried it, but I'd hazard a guess tessellation is more expensive. Literally no game I know even ships with it. The only exception is Gran Turismo, and it uses adaptive tessellation. I recall an artist here who worked on Thief (2014) and said they used POM for some parts.
Sorry artquest I don't see the value your trying to describe. I checked the channel box and bevel options and I don't see it. (Maya 2014) Please screenshot or offer me a better description? Much appreciated. (or are you talking about editing something in your script?)

Hello polycounters! I'm working on a voxel game, and I can't figure out via Google on how to set the texture filtering in 3DS Max 2014 to nearest neighbor. This is important, because you don't want blurry edges on pixel art and pieces of white seeping through on your opacity maps :) Can anyone help?
