Hello, first off, now i am in love with that product. Its soo good. Anyway, i wonder why you can set up a heightmap in the custom material, but it won´t be used if you add this material normaly to the project. What do i need to do ? Oh and this is one of my custom material, done with photoscan.
I need help getting the 3Do to work properly. I probably have the setting off somehow. The 3Do previewer is not showing the normal map or the diffuse map. Initially it just shows the specular and gloss turned up to the max. And if i slide them down to zero, it'd just be white. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank…

Hi everyone, I've got a strange bug with the Quixel color script inside 3dsmax. It launch correctly but I can't see any materials. I tried to reinstall Quixel and it doesn't change anything. I'm using 3dsmax 2016 - Student Version. Thanks, Julien
I am still learning quixel suite. And im curious about something. I cant find any information about adding bump around the edges of a layer.. for instace some thick paint that is chipping off.. i would like to indent it up a bit in the normal map but i have no idea how to do that. Right now its just flat color to color…
