I am still learning quixel suite. And im curious about something. I cant find any information about adding bump around the edges of a layer.. for instace some thick paint that is chipping off.. i would like to indent it up a bit in the normal map but i have no idea how to do that. Right now its just flat color to color with no bump in the transition. How would i accomplish this?

This is accomplished by first adding bump as a map in DDO, you don´t need to input the bump-map in any way before when creating the project. After that you create your chipped paint for example, then you go to the bump map, change the reflectance value, a higher value than default means the bump will "rise", a lower value means the bump will "sink."
Let me know if that explains what you where asking for
The bump gets blended with the normal map automatically on export -- it's kept separate by DDO during editing to enable more control and better performance, but is always merged on export.
